You're ENOUGH!

Maybe it's time to remove your superhero cape!

🦸‍♀️Confession time...

I wore my superhero cape today.

Not because I planned to save the world...

But because I wanted to remind myself that I don’t have to.

So many of us are caring for aging parents, children, partners, friends, or patients. We love deeply, so we keep giving... and giving... until we’re completely crispy.

But here’s the truth:

You can’t pour from an empty cup.

And you don’t have to be a superhero to be an extraordinary caregiver.

Sometimes the bravest thing you can do is take off the cape, ask for help, and offer yourself the same compassion you so freely give everyone else.

Tomorrow on The Healing Power of Your Dreams, Theresa Cheung and I are exploring how dreams, intuition, and self-compassion can help caregivers navigate one of life’s most sacred—and challenging—roles.

Joining us are an extraordinary group of guests:
💙 Roy Remer, author of Zen Caregiving
💙 Intuitive channels Stephanie Banks and Alexandra Wenman
💙 Dr. Stephen G. Post, professor at Stony Brook University and one of the world’s leading voices on compassion and caregiving

If you’re caring for someone you love—or know someone who is—this conversation is for you.

Oh yes…for the first time, Theresa Cheung and I are going to do an AFTERSHOW here LIVE tomorrow! Join us at about 8:15 am PST.

Maybe you’ll join us in taking off the cape... and discover that your messy humanity is your greatest superpower. ❤️🦸‍♀️
